Today in AI: Persistent workspaces, less cluttered docs, and a new image model enters the race

👋 Hello hello,

You’ll a pattern in this week’s updates.

Everything is trying to fix the same problem. Too many tabs, too many docs, too much context scattered everywhere. AI isn’t just helping you create more anymore. It’s trying to help you manage the mess you already have.

And honestly, about time. Let’s get into it.

🔥🔥🔥 Three Highly Curated AI Stories

Claude just introduced Projects inside its Cowork environment. The idea is simple. Keep your tasks, files, and instructions tied to one area of work instead of spreading them across chats.

Everything stays in one place, and importantly, files and instructions stay on your computer. You can import existing projects in one click or start fresh if you want a clean setup.

This is a big shift in how you use Claude. Instead of starting from scratch every time, you now build context over time. It starts to feel less like a chatbot and more like a workspace that actually remembers what you’re doing.

Notion launched a new feature called Archive, and the timing couldn’t be better. Teams are creating more documents than ever, and most workspaces are starting to feel like storage units no one wants to open.

Archive lets you retire old pages without deleting them. These pages are hidden from search by default, removed from database views, and the behavior carries down to sub-pages as well.

The result is cleaner search results and less noise when you’re trying to find something that actually matters. Instead of scrolling through outdated pages, you get what’s relevant.

Disclaimer: It’s available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Microsoft introduced MAI-Image-2, its latest text-to-image model. The focus is on better photorealism, more reliable text generation inside images, and richer scene detail.

The model is already available in the MAI Playground and is starting to roll out across Copilot and Bing Image Creator. Microsoft also mentioned API access for select customers, with broader developer access coming soon.

This keeps the pressure on the image model race. The gap between providers is getting smaller, and improvements are now showing up in quality and usability rather than just novelty.

🔥🔥 Two Pro Claude Tips Worth Knowing

If you’ve been using Claude like a chatbot, you’re barely scratching the surface.

We wrote a detailed article breaking down what a Claude-powered second brain actually looks like, how the three-layer architecture works, and how to set it up so Claude can think with your real context instead of starting from zero every time.

Most people still use Claude for prompts. The real leverage comes from features like Connectors, Coworking, and Skills.

This video walks through how to connect your tools, automate workflows, and customize Claude to actually do work for you. It also shows real examples like scraping Instagram data, generating presentations, and running SEO audits.

🔥 Things You Didn’t Know You Can Do With AI

You can now generate a complete, production-ready landing page using one structured prompt.

Here’s how:

1. Open your AI coding tool (like Copilot).
2. Paste a detailed prompt describing layout, tech stack, and design system.
3. Include specifics like fonts, colors, animations, and components.
4. Let the model generate the full React + Tailwind codebase.
5. Run the project locally and tweak as needed.

You go from idea to working site in minutes instead of hours.
