👋 Hello hello,
❗Before diving in, this is for the business owners and entrepreneurs: we're building AI automation workflow guides: step-by-step, click-by-click, tool-by-tool so the repetitive work runs itself. Tell us what you'd automate.
Claude Fable 5 was supposed to get expensive on July 7. Anthropic pushed that to July 12.
Meanwhile, Meta shipped its own image generator, ending its long borrow-and-return arrangement with Midjourney. And Claude picked up a new habit: start a task on your laptop, finish it from your phone.
Let's get into it.
🔥🔥🔥 Three Curated AI Updates

Anthropic extended included access to Claude Fable 5, its top Mythos-class model, through July 12. That's five days past the original July 7 cutoff, and Pro, Max, Team, and select Enterprise plans can use it for up to 50% of their weekly limits until then.
After that, Fable 5 moves to prepaid usage credits at $10 per million input tokens and $50 per million output tokens, the highest price Anthropic has published for a generally available model. It doesn't disappear, it just stops being included.
Anthropic says it wants Fable 5 back on standard subscriptions once it has the capacity, so this reads more like "wait your turn" than "goodbye forever."
Meta Superintelligence Labs, led by Alexandr Wang, released Muse Image, the lab's first in-house image generation model, and previewed a video counterpart called Muse Video.
Meta's AI image features used to run on borrowed tech from Midjourney and Black Forest Labs. Muse Image changes that. It plans layouts, blends multiple reference photos, pulls in real-time web context, and can generate a working QR code inside an image. Meta says it trails OpenAI's latest image model on quality but beats Google's Nano Banana 2 on editing tasks.
It's live now in the Meta AI app, on meta.ai, and in Instagram Stories in the US, with WhatsApp and Facebook rolling out soon.
Claude Cowork, Anthropic's tool for handing off longer, multi-step tasks, is expanding to mobile and web. Hand Claude a task at your desk, close the laptop, and pick up the finished work from your phone later.
It's a small feature on paper, but it points at something bigger: agentic work that doesn't need you tethered to a screen while it runs.
Beta rolls out over the next several weeks, starting with the Max plan, with more plans to follow.

🔥🔥 Two Pro AI Tools
1. 💸 Warp
Warp is a tool that runs payroll, tax compliance, and benefits on AI agents instead of manual admin work. It opens state tax accounts the moment you hire somewhere new and resolves tax notices without a human reading them first. Built for companies scaling past a handful of employees, not solo operators, but worth bookmarking the moment hiring is on your roadmap.
2. 🛡️ Runlayer
Runlayer gives companies visibility and control over every AI agent, MCP, and skill running across their teams, the security layer for the AI tools employees are probably already using. It connects to 18,000+ MCPs and just raised a $30M Series A from Felicis and Khosla. Best for teams managing AI adoption across more than a few people, where "who can access what" needs a real answer.
🔥 Things You Didn't Know You Could Do With AI
Every business has a folder of PDFs nobody opens until something breaks: equipment manuals, vendor contracts, insurance policies, software agreements. Here's how to make all of it searchable in one place.
Collect the PDFs. Contracts, equipment manuals, insurance docs, vendor agreements, anything you'd normally dig through email to find.
Open NotebookLM (or Gemini, if you'd rather build a Gem) and create a notebook dedicated to this.
Upload every document into it.
Next time a question comes up, "when does this renew" or "what's covered under this warranty," just ask instead of searching your inbox.
If something's physically broken, upload a photo or short video of the issue and ask it to cross-reference the manual for a fix.
